How can I help out on John's campaign?
Great! We need people to:
  • Walk precincts door-to-door and hand out literature about John to Democratic voters
  • Man the early voting polling places to hand out Mulroe for Senate literature to voters
  • Work the phone bank in our campaign headquarters, calling Democratic voters for John
  • Send friend-to-friend postcards from our campaign headquarters
  • Display a Mulroe for Senate sign in your front yard
  • Work a polling place on election day, handing out John's cards to voters
Can you tell that last one's important? We need all the help we can get on November 2. Any amount of time you can spare, one hour, three or all day -- would be great. Contact  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it at our campaign headquarters.
Where does John Mulroe stand on [insert issue here]?
John's a life-long Illinois resident just like the rest of us, and has the same concerns about our rising unemployment rate, declining property values, out-of-control state budget, government reform, education of our children and more. He outlines his perspective and plans on various issues here.
Do I live in the 10th district of the Illinois state senate?
As you may be aware, there is one state senator for every two state representatives. The state representative 19th (Joseph Lyons) and 20th (Michael McAulliffe) districts together comprise the 10th senate district currently served by James DeLeo, who is not running for re-election. Anyone residing in either the 19th or 20th representative districts is a resident of the 10th senate district and can cast a vote for John G. Mulroe in the November 4, 2010, general election. The following detailed and printable maps of the 19th and 20th districts of Illinois House of Representatives comprise the 10th Senate district. If you are within the boundaries of the highlighted area on either of these two maps, then you live in the 10th district of the Illinois senate: Online, you can view and zoom our customized Google map of the 19th and 20th representative districts. The boundary lines won't print on the Google version.

You can also enter your address at the Illinois State Board of Elections web site to learn who all your elected officials are. If "James DeLeo - 10th, State Senator" appears on your search results listing, then you can sign a petition and vote for John.
